Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.

 We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged items only, beginning from the date your order is delivered. Because each order is custom printed, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason.

To be eligible for a return, the damaged item must be sent back in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase — available in your order confirmation email — is also required to process the return.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
